Heyho! Im Bam, Im an Artist who draws her ocs a lot both digitally as well as traditionally :) Currently studying VD so Im sometimes occupied with my school projects, please bear with me!If you are interested in getting a commission feel free to check out the Commissions tag! Terms of Service

1 COMMISSIONS:1.1) Upfront payment via Paypal (Including fees), I will send you an invoice. Its also an option to pay 50% prior to me sketching and the rest before I start lining and coloring, if you prefer this option please tell me! My currency is Euro1.2) All Prices listed are the base price of a simple artwork, no detailled background or detailled designs or scene objects are included
( Those will cost extra, I will determine how much and talk to you about it before I send the invoice.)1.3) Additional characters cost +50%1.4) What I will NOT draw: overly mecha designs, hard nsfw (gore, full on nudity and sex), anything illegal/immoral or explicit such as racist, xenophobic, pedophilic, zoophilic and also nothing related to politics. Animals are okay by itself (not in a nsfw context)
No realistic portraits or drawing actual people realistically!! Artistic nude themes/lingerie or mild nsfw is okay for me (with adult characters of course) please consult me and tell me what you imagined, I will tell you if thats okay with me!1.5) I will draw you a sketch and you can tell me what to correct, I will revision it 3 times if there are issues. If I have started to line I will not correct anymore, unless you really hate it, but I will ask for a fee bc redoing the whole lining process takes a lot of time.You can always ask how its going atm or I will show you a screenshot when I have added base colors to make sure its okay. (The colors might vary in the end because of layer modifiers like multiplier etc.)
If there are really major issues with the lines/colors and you want to change it after the lining process I will charge you extra since its a lot of work to redo lined/colored/shaded material.1.6) Im very sorry if I take longer than expected, please do not rush me, we both want the artwork to look as good as it can be. I might have no motivation or ideas for your piece or be busy with uni/life/family so it might take longer than expected, please know that I have not forgotten you and I will come back to you. If I take longer than 3 months you can ask for a refund, though if Ive started and theres decent progress it might not be a full refund.1.7) These commissions are for personal use only. You can post it on Social Media as long as it is watermarked and credited. Do not redistribute it for monetary gain or erase the watermark/sign.
**You can receive an unwatermarked version if you want one. Please respect my wish of using it for personal use only or I will blacklist and block you, if it gets serious I will have to look into legal measures.1.8) If you have not reached the age of 18 I wont do NSFW commissions,
money wise please ask your parents beforehand.1.9) I might use your commission in my portfolio or post it on Social Media (of course crediting the respective owner of the ocs) If you are against that, please tell me beforehand.1.10) I will not copy any style. I only draw in my style, do not demand for me to draw "like this other artist" or like a show you've seen. Look into my gallery before commissioning me to see what I can and cant draw.1.11) I do not know your characters as well as you do. To draw them as accurately as possible, please send me any ref, information or idea you have that I can/should draw. I do not accept descriptions, I need proper images of them. If you want to commission me with a description and I have to basically design the character, I will have to charge extra since its more work to create a whole artwork as well as design a harmonic looking character.1.12) I can agree or disagree to accept a commission. Whether its because you act suspicious (imo)/rude or malicious and I cant trust the process or depending on said commissions and what is requested (It might be too much for me, Im not okay with it or maybe Im not sure whether Im capable to draw it etc. etc.)1.13) If there is a style in my gallery u prefer or something simpler than what is shown here we can talk about it. What I will not do is copy another persons style (see nr. 10))2 ADOPTABLES:2.1 I accept Paypal only, Im currently looking into Kofi as a 2nd option. Payment is in Euro2.2 I will invoice you or you can send it via friends and family. I will
handle the transaction fees in case of the invoice.2.3 After winning I'll note/text you for your paypal and send you an invoice; the payment must be sent within 48 hours max or it will be given to someone else. If you cant pay in this timeframe, please tell me beforehand and maybe we can split the payments2.4 Only after receiving the payment Ill send you the ref sheet.2.5 No refunds. Only bid if you intend to join the auction and intent to pay in case you win. After you received the file and you want a refund of the payment Ill take that as a try to scam me and youll be blacklisted.2.6 I legally cannot sell the copyright of my works or designs, you will receive the usage rights for private/personal use. Commercial use can be discussed but the default is personal use in all cases.2.7 Where I do not explicitly state that you can resell, it is not allowed to resell the design. If it is, do not resell at a higher price and notify me, so I know its in different hands. Do not resell with any other usage rights (like commercially), that is illegal.2.8 Whether you resell/gift or trade, all actions are treated equally, do not give away without notice/ with other usage rights2.9 You can alter the design slightly but keep it close to the original2.10 Credit me as the designer if you use/post it anywhere2.11 I'll send to you the png or jpg (whatever you prefer) image of the adoptable and any additional art if it was agreed upon.2.12 Once you have bought an adoptable you can give them whatever features/story or context youd like. You can give them stories, names, partners, change up their physique, give them genders
If possible the general design should keep close to the original though2.13 Dont claim the art or the design as your own.2.14 I retain the right to use the designs in my portfolio as examples of my work and conceptart and reuse attributes I like (never doing the same design of course)

Fully colored chibi

Always fullbody: starts at 40 Euro with 3 free objects you can addTheres both the option to do it doll like with a big head and small body (like the first) or a slightly more proportionate option (like Howl, but hes still a wip)

Portrait

Starting at 65 Euro (Simple background, no extras)
**Extras such as skeletons, water, fire, flowers etc. cost extra depending on the complexity

Bust

Starting at 75 Euro (Simple background, no extras)
**Extras such as water, fire, skeletons, armor, flowers etc. cost extra depending on their complexity

Half Body

Starting at 90 Euro (Simple background, no extras)
**Extras such as feathers, skeletons, crystals, fire, water, flowers extravagant background etc. cost extra

Fullbodies

Starting prize is around 110 EuroFullbodies are tough, I can only offer/accept them when I have enough time and there are enough references (pose ideas would be ideal if you have something in mind bc finding a nice pose is the most difficult for me)
I mostly draw fullbody sketches and studies, theres only few fully rendered fullbodies but they have the same shading as the examples above.**Extras such as feathers, skeletons, animals, crystals, extravagant background cost extra

More examples
There arent any more elements allowed in this Carrd Template but if you are interested in traditional (copic or watercolor) artworks, I can of course do those too and send you the OG pieces.

Intricate objects (dragon) and copic examples, the prices depend on the size and complexity, it starts around 40-50 Eurowe could also talk about sending the Original to the owner with an upprizing for the shipping cost

Meme templates, Id add your character into the meme, the style could be slightly rougher but still fully colored and shaded, prize would depend on the complexity, approx. around 50 Euro
